The remastering of the legendary film by Mamoru Oshii: Ghost in the Shell, due out on DVD and Blu Ray, as estimated departure date will be 22 next February.
There are 3 editions available: the 1 DVD (9.95 €), the 2 DVDs (14'95 €) and editing Blu Ray + DVD combo (24'95 €)

Ghost in the Shell 2.0 is a review of the film which premiered in 1995 with remastered scenes and other scenes have been recreated for the occasion, being more in tune with the times, although there are only a few scenes, no is remade the entire movie.
This new version premiered in Japanese theaters in 2008 and finally comes to Blu Ray. Needless to say, is must-buy for all fans of not only the series but for fans of cyberpunk animation. I'm looking forward to me with it, apart from what I read, also include the original film for the purists, but does not specify the audio (I hope to include English and Japanese, and not only the audio commentary).
Anyway, great news for fans of the manga by Masamune Shirow, now we only get us Solid State Society ... films good and compilations of "The Man Who Laughs" and "The Individual Eleven," but that is more for completists. We read
